Head of authority:  Mr. Ainuddin Bahadury was born in Afghanistan.
He joined civil society in 2008. He worked as defense lawyer, Afghan legal consultant, implementation manager with World Bank and Ministry of Justice. He thought law at University and had been executive directorate of Afghanistan’s Lawyers Union for 7 years. He was member and deputy of Oversight Commission on Access to Information from 2014-2019. Now, Mr. Bahadury is serving as the chairperson in Access to Information Commission of Afghanistan. 
He has completed two Masters; one on Legal Disciplines from Italy and MPPA from Kabul University, Afghanistan.
