He is a Lawyer and PhD of Law. He worked as an academic at the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Communications of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He has participated as a researcher and teacher of pre and postgraduate of national and foreign universities.
He has written many publications, developing topics such as due process, freedom of expression and the right to information, the interpretation of constitutional rights and the modernization of justice is also President of the National Arbitration Centre.
Between 2010 and 2014 he worked as attaché in the United Nations Agencies (Geneva, Switzerland).
