Commission d’Accès à l’Information d’intérêt public et aux Documents Publics (CAIDP)

Head of authority: Mr. Kebe Yacouba 

Mr. Kebe is an eminent person in the world of communication in Côte d’Ivoire. A media specialist, this distinguished journalist has served as:

• General Director of the Ivorian Television Broadcasting
• Information Director of the UN Mission in Angola
• Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the press group Fraternité Matin
• Chairman of the Management Board of the Press Support and Development Fund

Since 2015, he has been at the head of this independent administrative authority, the CAIDP, as its first President.
During his career, Mr Kebe has received several national distinctions:

• He was raised to the rank of officer of the national order
• Prize for the best agent from the Ministry of Communication
• Award of Excellence for Best Manager of Public Communication Organization
• He was raised to the rank of Commander in the order of merit for communication, a distinction made by the Minister of Communication
