Lawyer from the University of San Martin de Porres. With studies in Master in Business Law at the University of Lima; doctoral studies at the University of Seville, and Postgraduate Diploma in Civil Law at the University of Salamanca.
He has been President of the Honor Court of the Electoral Ethical Pact in the General Elections for the Presidency of the Republic (2016), and President of the Honor Court of the Electoral Ethical Pact in the Municipal Elections process (2014). He has been Dean of the Lima Bar Association during 2008 and 2009 periods. He is currently Ombudsman for the 2016-2021 period.
