Head of authority: Ms. Krenare Sogojeva Dermaku 

For more than a decade she has led the Legal Department in the Ministry of Defence, while in the Office of the Prime Minister she has been legislative coordinator at the Coordinating Secretariat of the Government and Senior Legal Official in the Legal Office.

As a graduate lawyer in the University of Pristina, with postgraduate studies in European Law at the European College of Parma in Italy, she has a long experience in drafting laws, interpretations and legal advice, including knowledge in the field of human rights and the field of defence and security.
