She is currently General Director of the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI) and professor of the Department of Private Law,  at the Faculty of Law and  Political Science and the Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting (FAECO), where she has taught Commercial Law, Commercial, Tax  and  Tax Law,   Competition Law, Civil Law (Goods), among others.

She has  a degree in Law and Political Science with a specialization in Mediation, Higher Teaching, as well as a master’s degree in Private Law, among other national and international courses and is currently a doctoral student in  Public Management  and  Business Sciences at the Central American Institute of Public Management (ICAP) of Costa Rica.

He has 18 years of professional experience in the public sector and held positions such as:

  • Deputy Ombudsman.
  • Deputy Alternate of the National Assembly of the Circuit 8-7.
  • General Secretary of the General Directorate of the Penitentiary System.
  • Legal advisor at the Ministry of Government and Justice.
  • She was recently elected as Chair of the Committee of the Mechanism for Follow-up on the Implementation of the Inter-American Convention against Corruption (MESICIC), of the Organization of American States (OAS), for the period 2022-2023.
