Head of authority: Rita Elena Balderas Huesca

Graduated in Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho de Puebla, she has a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law from the same School.
She served as General Director of Transparency and Open Government of the State Government Administration Secretariat, as well as Executive General Coordinator at the Institute of Transparency, Access to Public Information and  Personal Data Protection of the State of Puebla; likewise, she was head of the Transparency Unit of the Secretariat of Competitiveness, Labor and Economic Development and of the System for the Integral Development of the Family of the State of Puebla; she also collaborated in the Transparency Unit of the Judiciary of the State of Puebla.
In addition, it has various trainings, courses and diplomas on issues related to Public Administration, such as: Transparency, Access to Public Information, Personal Data Protection, Files, Open Government, Results-Based Budgeting, Gender Equality, Labor Equality, Training for Clerks of Circuit Courts, Human Rights, among others.
